- old colouring crayons
- chopping board
- cooling rack
- kitchen knife
- mini muffin tin
How to make it
- Ask an adult to cut the crayons into 1-cm long pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 65 °C. Fill the muffin tin with mixes of different coloured pieces of crayon.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until the wax has melted. Allow them to cool and take them out of the tin.
- If you find that it is difficult to get them out, place them in a freezer for around an hour – they should pop out. You can use your rainbow crayons to quickly produce wonderful multicoloured pictures.
